The mattress on my bed was the best I have ever slept on & the breakfast was perfect. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in Honiton on business.

Everything. We were made to feel very welcome with nothing being too much trouble. We could come and go as we pleased and could stay in the room as long as we liked.

Arriving after a long drive, I was offered a welcome cup of tea and biscuits. I was attending a Memorial several miles away and I discovered that I'd left my white shirt at home. Adrian immediately offered one of his (ironed) and I was helped to find route to Colyton.
I spent a very comfortable night in a warm bedroom and breakfast was just as I liked. My hosts were genuinely friendly and I would go again for certain. Read less

The house was old and full of character. My hosts were interesting and relaxed. The rooms were homely and well appointed. I loved the four cats - but they might not suit all tastes!

The owners were warm and friendly. They went above and beyond in every aspect from providing a gluten free breakfast to lifestyle advice. Will definitely go back.

Location to the wedding we were going to. Everyone very friendly and helpful. A comfortable bed ( not always the case in some B+B's)
